HOW WE CAN HELP YOU?

The best way to contact our customer service department is via email to info@courtcrate.com. You can also send us a message directly on our contact page. Please allow 1-2 business days for a reply.

Your first order will be charged right away. For subscribers, subsequent charges will be on the 3rd day of the month. For example, if you joined in August as a 3-month subscriber, your next charge will be in December.

Boxes will be shipped out around the 7th or 8th day of every month. You can expect to receive your box within 2-4 days after shipping.

If you need your box to be sent out sooner or received by a certain day, we will accommodate. Simply email your request to kayvon@courtcrate.com at the time of placing your order.

At Court Crate, we believe in providing the best quality tennis essentials for you and your game. This means you can expect to receive tennis balls and grips inside every box. As each box contains 7-10 items, other products you might receive include strings, dampeners, socks, apparel, sunscreen, or supplements.

For one-time single box gift purchases, we offer a 14-day money back guarantee if you are not fully satisfied with your Court Crate box. In order to receive a refund, the box must be returned in its original packaging with all items inside. If items are missing, a return cannot be processed. We do not offer partial returns. Please use the return address that can be found on the top left corner of your box label.

We do not offer returns on 3-month subscribers.
